This privacy policy (the “Policy”) regulates the processing of your personal data related to the use of the website aeropuertosargentina.com (the “Platform”), owned by Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A. (“AA2000”).
The Platform is a website that provides information to users (the “Users”) about the company and the various services and products offered at airports operated by AA2000 (the “Services”). To offer personalized information on the Platform to Users, it is necessary for us to collect, store, treat, and process certain personal data, and therefore it is essential that you read, understand, and accept this Policy before using the Platform. II. The Data We Collect
By subscribing to our newsletter on the Platform, the User must complete a form providing (i) full name; (ii) email address; and (iii) flight frequency (the “Data”).
When requesting information about a flight, we will collect the following data (also, the “Data”): (i) email address; (ii) phone number; (iii) flight number; (iv) flight date.
Additionally, during your use of the Platform, we will collect the following Data (also, the “Data”): (i) interaction and behavior data on the Platform (such as services consulted, airports used, and travel frequency), and (ii) responses and comments provided through chatbots or other interaction interfaces on the Platform.
Users must accept this Policy to subscribe to our newsletter or to receive information about the status of a flight. It is important that you understand and accept your obligation to provide truthful, correct, and updated data, which is an essential commitment.
Acceptance of this Policy will imply your consent for us to collect and process your Data for the purpose specified here. If you do not agree with the processing we will do of your Data and with the purposes expressed herein, do not use the Platform. It is important that you are aware that refusing to provide your Data will mean that you cannot subscribe to our newsletter or receive flight information via email and/or WhatsApp through the Platform.

The Data will be processed following the guiding principles below:

- Security: AA2000 will adopt the necessary security measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your Data, in order to prevent its alteration, loss, consultation, or unauthorized processing, and to detect deviations, intentional or not, of information, whether the risks come from human action or the technical means used. It is prohibited to register personal data in files, records, or databases that do not meet technical conditions of integrity and security.
IV. Purpose for Which We Use the Data
We will use your data for the following purposes:
(i) To send you our newsletter or information about the status of a flight.
(ii) To personalize and improve your experience on the Platform, adapting the content and recommendations based on your previous interactions.
(iii) To carry out advertising and email marketing activities, for which we may share your data with Google, Meta, and Salesforce, and send you advertising via email related to products and services offered on our Marketplace or news and information of interest from AA2000. You may choose not to receive this advertising by clicking on the unsubscribe option in the received email, after which your email address will be requested to confirm your Opt-Out choice.
V. Storage
AA2000 will be the sole owner of the mentioned Database and will store it on its servers located at Honduras 5663, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and at Autopista Tte Gral Ricchieri Km 33, Ezeiza, Province of Buenos Aires. AA2000 will protect the database in accordance with the standards imposed by current regulations and industry best practices that reasonably ensure the integrity and security of the personal data it contains.
VI. Assignment and Transfer of Data
AA2000 guarantees that it keeps your Data confidential, preventing third parties from accessing them. However, it is possible that, in fulfilling the purpose of the Platform, AA2000 contracts with third parties for certain services. Therefore, it is important that you understand that by accepting this policy, you give us your express and voluntary consent for the Data to be transferred to third parties who provide us with computerized personal data services in accordance with Article 25 of Law 25.326 (e.g., Platform maintenance and management services).
VII. Rights of Access, Cancellation, and Rectification of Data
We inform you that the owner of the Data has the right to exercise the right of access to them free of charge at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is accredited in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. To this end, you may send an email to atencionalcliente@aeropuertosargentina.com, requesting access to your Data and, if applicable, request the updating, modification, or deletion of the same. The Agency for Access to Public Information, Control Body of Law No. 25.326, has the authority to address complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules. When exercising the right of access, you must prove your identity. Once verified, AA2000 will respond by the same means within ten (10) calendar days, as appropriate based on your request. Furthermore, we inform you that every person has the right to have the Data that is in the database rectified, updated, and, when appropriate, deleted or subjected to confidentiality. If applicable and after validating your identity, we will carry out the operations of updating, rectification, and/or deletion within five (5) business days.
VIII. Declaration of Users
By providing your Data, you guarantee their truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity and commit to keeping them duly updated.
IX. Cookies
By registering, you acknowledge and accept that AA2000 may use a tracking system through the use of cookies (the "Cookies"). Cookies are small files installed on the hard drive, with a limited duration, that help personalize services. We also offer certain functionalities that are only available through the use of Cookies.
